NAS 814
through NAS 816 plastic plugs and caps are used to seal hoses and ports during
disassembly, storage, or shipping to keep fluids in and foreign objects out.
Dash numbers indicate flare or port size. We stock all sizes from #3 (3/8"-24)
to -12 (1 1/16"-12). Dash numbers 30 and 31 are BSP (British Standard Pipe) 1/2
& 5/8 pipe sizes respectively, popular on English fluid systems.

NYLINER BUSHINGS

Nyliners are a thin wall nylon bushing to provide a
self-lubricating medium between a shaft and mounting. Eliminates otherwise
elaborate bushing/bearing systems. Flanged to take axial thrust and diagonally
split to allow easy installation on shafts. Excellent in suspension system
applications, expecially as swaybar bushings.

These split shaft collars are much superior to the usual set screw
collar in that they do not score the shaft, provide stronger holding strength
and are easier to install. Provides thrust stops for linkage of all kinds, and
are especially useful on sway bars, throttle linkages, etc. 2024-T35 Aluminum

BUSHINGS

bearings for "greaseless" linkages and pivot points. Low friction PTFE/lead
overlay on a porous bronze inner structure lining a steel tube gives high unit
load capacity and low friction. Cheaper, stronger, more efficient solution for
such things as suspension, pedal pivots and linkage in general. We stock the

APEX UNIVERSAL JOINTS

Apex universal joints were designed to
transmit rotational motion in a number of aviation applications from control
surface actuation up to helicopter tail rotor power. They have also found use
on race cars as shift linkage and steering shaft joints.
MS20270 (AN270)
Light duty universal joints. These U-joints are
un-booted and un-plated steel so they can be welded or pinned to parent shaft
or tube. We supply an accessory boot for the 5/8 & 3/4 sizes.

Heavy duty universal joints. These are supplied with Cad Type
II plating and a silicone rubber dust boot. They must be pinned to the shaft or
tube, either with a through bolt or, preferrable, with an AN386 taper pin and
